Strawberry Lemonade Cake

Ingredients

  • 2½ cups flour

  • 1½ cups sugar

  • 1 cup strawberry purée

  • ½ cup vegetable oil

  • 4 eggs

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease pan.

  2. Mix all ingredients until smooth.

  3. Bake 30–35 minutes.

  4. Optional: drizzle with lemon glaze.
