Strawberry Bread
Ingredients
2 packages (10 oz each) strawberries
4 eggs, room temperature
1¼ cups vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1¼ cups chopped nuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 9×5 loaf pans.
Mash strawberries slightly.
In a large bowl, mix strawberries, eggs, oil, and sugar until well combined.
Add flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and nuts. Mix well.
Divide batter evenly between pans.
Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
